Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Lake Louise Ski Resort & Summer Gondola. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
  • Increase daily sales through upselling and suggestive selling
  • Operate Maitre'D POS system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment
  • Comply with all AGLC legislation and regulations
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume hospitality environment
  • ProServe certification and working knowledge of AGLC legislation
  • Strong cash handling skills and ability to balance cash-outs accurately
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
