The Lake Louise Ski Resort is a world-class ski area nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. We are a year-round operation, operating as a ski resort in the winter months and as a wildlife interpretive centre and sightseeing gondola in the summer months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively communicating in a professional manner with customer enquiries, complaints and comments
- Continued commitment to high standards of service, exceeding customer expectations and leading by example
- Cleaning of all Snow School office and guest areas
- Coordination of instructor schedules
- Analyze and interpret the needs of guests and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required
- Snow School product sales (including cash/debit/credit transactions and cash out procedures)
- Other duties as required

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Service oriented, assertive, flexible, outgoing and enthusiastic
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
- Post-secondary education (recreation management) or equivalent experience an asset
- High level of computer literacy with proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel, Outlook and Internet
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and exceptional organizational competence
- Strong communication skills with a second language considered an asset
- Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

**Work Schedule**:
5 days on/2 days off - split shifts are required during peak season - Office open 7:30am - 8:15pm

**Dress Code**:
Purchase of Staff jacket required. Personal items and clothing in accordance with appearance standards
