La pratique de Gestion de Contenus des Services Professionnels d'OpenText est à la recherche d'un consultant principal bilingue dynamique et débrouillard pour rejoindre notre équipe de contenu. Si vous êtes passionné par la mise en œuvre de solutions OpenText personnalisées, nous voulons vous connaître. Ce rôle est dédié au service des comptes d'entreprise communicants en anglais ou en français, en se concentrant sur la gamme de produits OpenText xECM.
En tant que consultant principal bilingue, vous appliquerez vos compétences commerciales et techniques ainsi que les méthodologies de conseil pour recueillir et analyser des informations, concevoir des solutions et assurer leur mise en œuvre réussie en fonction des exigences uniques des clients. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les clients et les équipes interfonctionnelles pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins.
Compétences requises
- 10+ ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la mise en œuvre de solutions ECM moyennes à complexes
- Maîtrise de la langue française
- Maîtrise de xECM, de la gestion des enregistrements, des espaces de travail connectés, des flux de travail et des rapports Web
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe technique et commerciale
- Travail de manière indépendante et collaborative au sein d'un environnement d'équipe dynamique
- Connaissance des déploiements de logiciels d'entreprise sur site et dans le cloud
- Familiarité avec une gamme de technologies, y compris les langages de développement, les outils Web et les plateformes
- Solides compétences analytiques, techniques et de résolution de problèmes
- Engagement envers le développement professionnel continu
- Volonté de voyager au besoin
Responsabilités
- Piloter la prestation des engagements de services professionnels avec précision et excellence
- Faire preuve de leadership technique dans le logiciel xECM d'OpenText
- Collaborer avec les clients et les équipes interfonctionnelles pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins
- Contribuer à la documentation du projet et participer à plusieurs projets en même temps
- Organiser des présentations, des ateliers et des démonstrations pour mobiliser divers intervenants
- Cultiver de solides relations avec les clients et offrir du mentorat aux consultants juniors
- Adhérer aux normes internes et aux meilleures pratiques pour une livraison cohérente du projet
