As a Store Manager at Walmart, you will be responsible for leading a team of Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a safe and efficient store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth through effective sales forecasting, budget management, and sales analysis.
- Lead a team of Managers and Associates to achieve operational excellence, including merchandise presentation, pricing, and store standards.
- Implement new store programs and evaluate their effectiveness to achieve successful results.
- Execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls, maintain quality assurance standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve customers as an ambassador for the store, resolving customer needs and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Support store initiatives to serve the community, participate in community events, and develop relationships with key community groups.
- Lead Associates by conducting regular store meetings, communicating operational direction, and providing opportunities for professional growth.
- Demonstrate company values by holding Associates accountable through timely, honest, and respectful performance feedback and corrective action.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
