General Merchandise Associate

As a General Merchandise Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail setting and are passionate about providing excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by zoning and restocking merchandise, as well as performing other tasks as assigned.
- Assist with stocking and displaying merchandise, including setting up and maintaining visual displays.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless floor coverage and efficient store operations.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
The minimum rate of pay for this position is $17.55 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience.
