**Ski Instructor Wanted** Seeking experienced ski instructors to teach at Big White Ski Resort, offering a fun and inclusive work environment, competitive pay, and access to varied terrain.

**Job Description** * Teach ski lessons to clients of all ages in group and private settings * Plan lesson content to create a safe and fun learning experience * Evaluate lesson participants and recommend next steps * Ensure effective public relations and problem-solving * Work cooperatively with other program staff * Take action to deal with incidents and emergencies **Requirements** * CSIA Level 2 or above (or international equivalent) * Previous ski instructing experience and experience working in organized settings * CASI level 1 or above (or international equivalent) **Preferred Qualifications** * CSIA Course Conductor certification * CSIA Snowpark or Canadian Freestyle Ski Association (CFSA) certifications * Experience teaching children * Nordic Skiing certifications **Physical Demands** * Ability to carry 40lbs/18kg while skiing/riding * Ability to work in extreme alpine weather conditions * Ability to assist a fallen skier/snowboarder back onto their feet * Ability to lift 40lbs/18kg * Ability to ski/ride for 6-7 hours a day **Compensation** * Starting wage - $23.00, plus sales incentives with increases based on relevant instructing certifications and time-based accruals
