Nous recherchons un responsable des solutions pour concessionnaires avec de l'expérience dans l'industrie automobile. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe commerciale dynamique chargée de gérer les comptes et de promouvoir l'adoption de nos produits et services. Vous participerez à la gestion des utilisateurs existants, encouragerez l'utilisation des produits et fournirez un retour d'information sur les conditions du marché. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l'opportunité de mettre à profit votre expérience en matière de gestion des clients, de stratégies de vente et de connaissance du secteur pour favoriser la réussite. Vous êtes hautement motivé(e) à atteindre les objectifs de vente mensuels et à établir des relations solides, en utilisant les données et les connexions internes/externes. Vous avez la capacité d'analyser les données, d'identifier les tendances du marché et de développer des objectifs et des stratégies en fonction de vos conclusions. Maintenir des relations actives avec les vendeurs franchisés, en examinant les performances et en augmentant le volume. Analyser le territoire, élaborer des stratégies pour l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et prévoir avec précision les ventes par rapport au budget. Sous la responsabilité du directeur des ventes du district, vous collaborerez avec les coordinateurs des ventes du marché, interagirez avec les propriétaires et les directeurs de concession et travaillerez régulièrement en étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles. As an integral part of the OPENLANE Sales team, the Dealer Solutions Executive will be the main point of contact, as well as an "expert" on the Openlane products and services . Your main role will be to manage existing users and accounts with independent dealers while also encouraging and supporting current users to increase their use of the products and services. As the OPENLANE Sales representative in the region, you will be expected to provide feedback to management on the use and activity of Openlane products and services as well as how it is being affected by local market conditions. You'll be given the opportunity to build and own the relationships you begin to form in the field. Develop and grow new and existing accounts by executing proper sales strategies. Includes setting up accounts, auto-provisioning phones, getting users connected, answering questions, and providing ad hoc training/instructions. Collect data and capture (take pictures, videos and information) wholesale vehicles for auctions on TradeRev. Launch (posting car profiles of) new vehicles on the app for our Dealers. Promote the adoption of OPENLANE amongst franchise automotive dealerships and wholesale buyers. Establish and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the current automotive wholesale industry. Provide constant sales and technical support to current users. Identify, manage and follow up on leads received through OPENLANE, trade shows and referrals. Manage and update leads and current client accounts within to appropriate Territory Account Managers. Ensure that any client account issues are dealt with in an efficient and amicable manner. 5+ years' experience managing multiple clients and/or accounts preferred. ~ Experience in the automotive industry preferred. ~ Ability to analyze and identify market trends, changes and implications, develop objectives, strategies, etc. ~ Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle, possess a valid Canadian driver's license with reliable transportation and maintain a good driving record.
