**Objectif**:
Couvrir le territoire désigné en développant des clients potentiels et en maintenant les clients existants au niveau de vente prévus.

**Responsabilités du poste**:

- Gestion du temps et du territoire pour atteindre les objectifs de vente quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels, y compris la définition des données démographiques du marché, l’analyse de la concurrence, la prospection de nouvelles affaires et la connaissance des comptes existants.
- Participer avec l’équipe commerciale de UNFI pour maintenir efficacement les comptes existants, développer de nouvelles affaires et résoudre les problèmes opérationnels.
- Fournir des rapports de vente précis et complets au directeur des ventes dans les délais prévus.
- Soumettre des informations appropriées et opportunes pour tous les comptes nouveaux et existants afin de les introduire dans le système d’information de UNFI.
- Participer à des programmes de formation continue concernant les produits et services de l’entreprise et les normes industrielles.
- Documenter et résoudre les plaintes des clients.
- Effectuer les autres tâches qui sont assignées.

**Qualifications**:
**Formation/certification**:

- Formation postsecondaire ou expérience et formation équivalentes.
- Permis de conduire valide de classe 5 ou équivalent

**Connaissances requises**:

- Connaissance de la vente

**Expérience**:

- Expérience préalable de la vente de préférence
- Une expérience préalable dans la vente de produits biologiques/naturels emballés pour la consommation est un atout
- Expérience en informatique de préférence (Word, Excel et PowerPoint)

**Compétences et aptitudes**:

- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale
- Personne motivée, orientée vers les objectifs, ayant d’un haut niveau d’énergie et d’un esprit de compétition
- Capacité de voyager fréquemment dans la région assignée

**Purpose**:
To cover designated territory developing potential customers and maintaining existing customers at projected sales levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Time and territory management to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly sales goals including defining market demographics, competitor analysis, prospecting new business and existing account knowledge.
- Participate with UNFI Sales team to effectively maintain existing accounts, develop new business and address operational issues.
- Provide accurate and complete sales reports to Sales Manager in a timely manner.
- Submit appropriate and timely account information for all new and existing accounts for input into the UNFI information system.
