**The company,**

SINTO, a well-established Canadian company for 30 years, designs, manufactures and distributes synthetic oils for automotive, recreational, industrial, and commercial uses, as well as greases and high performance fuel treatments all over Eastern Canada.

**The purpose**:
As a Sinto’s outside sales representative, you will travel to meet customers and will be responsible for selling Sinto’s products by identifying leads, educating prospects on our products through trainings, presentations and calls and providing your customers with an outstanding service. To do so you will be supported by our chemist ,engineer, office employes and your regional manager.

**What does success looks like**

**After 6 months**:
You had a great time meeting all the active customers of your territory for the first time. During those visits, you learned more about them, their company and needs.
With the Lub Expert training you received, you already managed to reduce the operating cost of many clients. You have developed the habit to stop at any business where you see heavy equipment. After 6 months, you have done more than 75 Timken demo You are proud of the 25 new customers that you've opened and you successfully improved their operation and maintenance efficiency. You received a «wow» multiple time from happy customers

**After 12 months**:
You generated 125 000$ increase in sales At least 3 times, you stared in Sinto's monthly best increase awards. You are building your knowledge in the field of lubricants, the customer approach and how to sell Sinto's star products. The customers feel your confidence and the fun you are having. Again, you successfully lowered the operating and maintenance cost of many customers. You also saved a particular customer from critical failure. Your notoriety and Sinto's is growing in your territory.
