About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts at Moxy Halifax Nova Scotia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to increase our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns
  • Account Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
    • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure sales performance
    • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, hospitality)
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans
    • Knowledge of sales and marketing software and tools
