Job Description:

Executive Director of Sales and Operations

Manga Hotel Group is a leading Canadian hospitality company with a portfolio of 28 hotels and over 5,000 rooms. We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales and Operations to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational excellence and ensure guest satisfaction across all hotels.
  • Oversee revenue and sales performance, deploying knowledge of hotel systems to optimize processes and workflows.
  • Consistently measure hotel performance, ensuring each hotel exceeds target goals.
  • Ensure all hotels meet brand guidelines for service, quality, and training.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to set and achieve financial goals, monitor key performance indicators, and control expenses.
  • Responsibility for the overall revenue, sales, and operational performance of the hotels assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of ten years' executive experience managing operations in the hotel industry.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems and other relevant software.
