Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Excellence: Deploy your knowledge of hotel operations to optimize processes and workflows, maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving productivity across various departments.
  2. Performance Measurement: Consistently measure hotel performance, ensuring each hotel exceeds its target goals in sales, revenue, market share, and online reviews.
  3. Brand Compliance: Ensure all hotels meet brand guidelines for service, quality, and training.
  4. Leadership and Communication: Effectively articulate and present the organization's vision and values, promoting the organization's policies, philosophies, and procedures.
  5. Property Visits and Performance Oversight: Conduct regular property visits, monitoring and reviewing overall performance, and overseeing daily hotel operations.
  6. Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to set and achieve financial goals, monitor key performance indicators, control expenses, and drive revenue generation to achieve profitability targets.
Requirements
  1. Hotel Operations Experience: Significant experience in hotel operations, preferably with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and/or IHG.
  2. Executive Experience: A minimum of ten years' executive experience managing operations in the hotel industry.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the full-service hotel industry, including an understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  4. Technical Skills: Familiarity with hotel property management systems and other relevant software.
