Full Time Team Lead-Retail

As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in linking our leadership team and sales associates, ensuring seamless operational functions and motivating the team to exceed goals. You'll report directly to the Store Manager and provide support and coverage in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sales team to achieve exceptional results and provide a positive in-store experience for customers and employees.
  • Model desired selling and customer service behaviors to promote a consistent, exceptional, and positive in-store experience.
  • Assist in operational functions, including POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports.
  • Collaborate with others, yet be self-motivated and passionate about upholding an exceptional customer experience.
  • Available for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of related experience in a retail apparel environment, with luxury retail experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team and viewed as a leader among peers.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving skills, and passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and be self-motivated.

The Impact You'll Have:

  • Demonstrate a customer-obsessed selling culture and build brand loyalty through excellent product knowledge.
  • Partner with store management to execute action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all store operational activities.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to the leadership team that result in increased productivity and improved operations of the store.
  • Assist in conducting new associate onboarding and trainings, and coach associates on customer service fundamentals.
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to the team to maximize efficiency of store operations.
  • Communicate individual and/or team performance feedback to store management.
  • Ensure team receives scheduled breaks and/or meal periods, and create an open outward communication on the sales floor.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
