As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, exceeding member expectations and making them feel at home
  • Processing member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan and utility payments, and more
  • Understanding member needs and identifying opportunities to promote Credit Union products and services
  • Achieving sales and referral goals
  • Resolving member concerns and complaints in accordance with our service standards
  • Learning and applying knowledge of policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service experience
  • Proven sales experience
  • Cash-handling experience
  • A high school diploma

While not required, previous experience working with a Financial Institution and post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies) are valuable assets.
