Potloc has become an expert in gathering and centralizing valuable insights that enable businesses to better understand and tackle their ongoing challenges. We are sourcing survey respondents on social media networks, through advanced geolocation and interest-based targeting.

Our team is building a dashboard to present all of our data into a clear and reliable internal tool used to drive thousands of respondents to our surveys. You will help us in bringing near real-time performance insights to our clients and build a scalable product.

Votre Mission:

Chez Potloc, nous construisons un logiciel de recherche consommateur à multiples facettes qui soutient l'ensemble du processus de recherche. De la création de questionnaires, la gestion et l'échantillonnage des campagnes, la gestion des communautés, la collecte de données, l'analyse des données à la visualisation des données (tableau de bord), nous relevons une grande variété de défis Et nous le faisons avec plaisir.

Dans ce rôle, votre équipe et vous serez chargés d'améliorer notre logiciel d'Adtech & d'échantillonnage. Il est utilisé par l'équipe Social Media Sampling pour créer et optimiser des campagnes multicanales, pour monitorer les quotas ciblés et pour livrer un échantillonnage ultra représentatif en un temps record.. Vous mènerez des activités de découverte du produit pour déterminer ce que l'on doit créer pour améliorer la performance de nos campagnes, leur vélocité, les algorithmes d'apprentissage et pour identifier et monitorer les KPI pour mesurer l'impact.

Sous la direction du CTO et du CPO, vous assurerez la livraison de toutes les nouvelles fonctionnalités, les mises à jour et vous communiquerez ensemble régulièrement. Vous travaillerez avec des clients internes (Sampling, Ventes, Recherche et Customer Success), avec l'équipe Produit (UX, PM et développement). Vous identifierez et validerez de nouvelles opportunités pour amener plus de business et vous définirez comment on va livrer ces solutions.

Votre objectif sera d'obtenir des informations et de créer une plate-forme révolutionnaire de recherche technologique entièrement intégrée qui permet à chacun de mener des recherches puissantes et précises.



Your Mission:

The POTLOC team is building a multifaceted consumer research software that supports the whole research process. From questionnaire creation, respondent sourcing and sampling, community management, data collection, data analysis to data visualization (dashboard), we tackle a large variety of challenges And we have fun doing it.

In this role, you and your team will be responsible for building our Adtech & Sampling software used by the Respondent Acquisition team to launch & optimize multi-channel campaigns, monitor targeted quotas and ultimately deliver a high-quality representative respondent sample under a very short amount of time. You will run product discovery activities to determine what to build next to improve campaign performance, velocity, learning algorithms, and to identify and monitor success metrics to measure impact.

Reporting to the CTO & CPO, you will ensure delivery of new features and updates and communicate on a regular basis. You will work closely with clients, internal departments such as Acquisition, Sales, Research & Customer Success, and with the Product team composed of UX, design, PM and engineering teams. You will identify and validate new opportunities to drive more business and define how to deliver on them.

Your goal will be to get insight and build a revolutionary fully-integrated Research Technology Platform that enables everyone to conduct powerful & accurate primary research

Responsabilités / Responsibilities

Identifier en permanence les points de douleur des utilisateurs et définir comment y remédier en utilisant une approche de livraison agile (MVP, test et itération)
Créer des solutions uniques pour l'outil Adtech & Sampling, tout en s'intégrant de manière cohérente dans l'écosystème plus large du Potloc
Define and articulate the product vision and success metrics
Establish and communicate the product roadmap across product teams, other Business Units, and Leadership/Executive team
Implement best in class product development and management practices
Continuously identify user pain points and define how to address them using an agile delivery approach (MVP, test and iterate)
Create unique solutions for the Adtech & Sampling tool, while cohesively fitting into the broader Potloc ecosystem

Compétences Requises / Required Skills

Expérience - plus de 5 ans d'expérience en tant que chef de produit. Une expérience dans une startup est un plus.
Expertise dans l'Adtech - vous connaissez les Facebook Ads, Google Ads, le Real-time bidding et les DSP et votre expertise peut nous aider à apporter une vraie alternative aux méthodes de recherche traditionnelles.

Outils - Product Board, JIRA, Slack, Amplitude
Résolution de problèmes - Fortes compétences en matière d'affaires, d'analyse, de données et de dépannage. Vous savez résoudre les problèmes de manière créative en identifiant les obstacles réels et les solutions viables.
Communication - Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale. Capacité à assimiler rapidement des concepts techniques et à les simplifier et les communiquer efficacement à un public non technique
Orienté.e vers le résultat - Vous êtes , vous savez articuler le résultat attendu et travailler de manière collaborative pour tracer un chemin et atteindre vos objectifs
Organisation - Organisé.e, orienté.e vers les processus, orienté.e vers les détails
Experience - 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Experience in a startup is a plus.
Expertise in Adtech - You are familiar with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Real-time bidding or DSP and think your expertise could help us offering a real alternative to traditional research methods
Hands-on and curious - You follow your feature from the discovery phase to the production
A-player - Willing to learn, transparent, ambitious, team player, listening skills and attention to details.
Tools - Product Board, JIRA, Slack, Amplitude
Problem solver - Strong business, analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills. Creatively solve problems by identifying real obstacles and viable solutions.
