If you are looking for a dynamic organization this is the opportunity for you. We are currently recruiting for Regional Service Supervisor to join our J.A Robinson Pump Service team in Manitoba.

The selected individual will be a seasoned technician or service supervisor with a strong knowledge of repairing and troubleshooting equipment. Experience with petroleum equipment, having electrical knowledge and expertise are assets. TSSA and/or CPCA certification would be an asset but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing Petroleum Service Technicians who travel to customer locations throughout Manitoba and Northern Ontario to provide maintenance and repair services for petroleum dispensing and related equipment.
  • Ensure that the company health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
  • Enhance company reputation through workmanship, quality and control.
  • Carry out manual tasks as required while working outdoors in all conditions.

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in an industrial, customer focused environment would be an asset
  • A commitment to safety and keen awareness of Provincial and company safety policies
  • High energy, self-motivated and must have a positive attitude
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision, with 'hands-on' participation in maintenance activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Detailed orientated and deadline conscious
  • Computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task
  • Position is based in Winnipeg, MB
  • Travel is required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
