Job Title: Regional Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Supervisor to join our team at J.A. Robinson Pump Service. As a Regional Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of service technicians responsible for maintenance and repair services for petroleum dispensing equipment in various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair services
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct site visits to assess equipment condition and provide recommendations for maintenance and repair
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the petroleum industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract
