We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Supervisor to join our team at J.A. Robinson Pump Service. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Petroleum Service Technicians who provide maintenance and repair services for petroleum dispensing and related equipment throughout Manitoba and Northern Ontario.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of Petroleum Service Technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair services.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that company health and safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, and that all team members are aware of and adhere to these policies.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks as required, including maintaining records and reports, and coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in an industrial, customer-focused environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as business administration or a technical trade.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
