Recherche de stagiaire en gestion de projet de chaîne d'approvisionnement

Nous recherchons un stagiaire passionné et ambitieux pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion de projet de chaîne d'approvisionnement. Vous aurez l'occasion d'apprendre auprès de mentors expérimentés, de participer à des activités de développement professionnel et d'avoir un impact significatif sur notre entreprise.

La durée du stage est de 4 mois, du 6 janvier au 25 avril. Vous travaillerez de manière transversale avec les équipes d'innovation, marketing et supply chain, et relèverez du Premier directeur Planification de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (NPI).

Voici les tâches que vous accomplirez :

  • Réaliser une analyse approfondie des outils et processus actuels, identifier les redondances, et proposer un flux de travail unifié basé sur Smartsheet.
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre leurs besoins, créer des modèles, et établir des lignes directrices pour harmoniser l'utilisation de Smartsheet au sein des équipes.
  • Assister au transfert des données de projet d'Excel et SharePoint vers Smartsheet, en veillant à une transition fluide.
  • Offrir une formation, documenter les bonnes pratiques, et suivre l'efficacité du nouveau processus en intégrant les retours d'expérience pour apporter des améliorations continues.

Vous devez avoir :

  • Actuellement inscrit à un programme de baccalauréat ou de maîtrise en Gestion de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement, Administration des Affaires, Ingénierie ou un domaine connexe.
  • Solides compétences analytiques avec la capacité d'interpréter des données complexes et des perspectives significatives.
  • Sens du détail avec de solides compétences organisationnelles pour gérer simultanément plusieurs tâches et projets.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration pour travailler efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles en français et en anglais.
  • Autonomie avec une approche proactive pour la résolution de problèmes et l'optimisation des processus.
  • Expérience antérieure ou formation dans le domaine de la gestion de projet est un atout.
