What you will be doing
- Analyze and build up component level forecast based on sales forecast.
- Develop and lead operations coordination according to strategy and execution of production and supply chain activities across the organization and with suppliers, leading to optimal customer service: including product quality, timely delivery, and cost.
- Business unit level KPI follow up and improvement action implementation.
- Executing supply chain strategy according to Sandvik strategy and processes (supplier/CM development, Contracting, Ecovadis)
- Oversea with the NPI Manager the new product readiness and facilitate communication between operations and Engineering.
- Provide high level production expectations to NPI in design reviews to assure a clean manufacturability of the new products.
- Working with the R&D department to develop alternatives for supply components, leveraging modularization principles where possible, and cooperate in product development to utilize CM's competences.
- Ensure adherence to trade compliance rules.
- Manage RMA and warranty activities and procedures.
- Provide leadership to team members, including opportunities for coaching and development, to maximize work output and work quality.
- Support new system implementation and migration (PLM, SAP, CRM).
- Collaborate with product line and aftermarket (spare parts) teams.
What you will bring along
- Bachelor's degree in management, supply chain, engineer or related field.
- 5+ years of management experience; coaching, mentoring and training staff at all levels.
- 5+ years' experience in supply chain management.
- Good knowledge of Forecast Order Delivery process or other similar supply chain processes
- Strong knowledge in ERP, MRP, PLM and accounting software
- In-depth knowledge of process manufacturing operations and logistics; contract manufacturing knowledge preferred.
- Experience with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)
- Strong leadership, team building skills and ability to motivate others.
- Experience in working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional and global teams.
- Experience in change management
- Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites.

Ce que vous ferez
- Analyser et établir les prévisions des composantes en fonction des prévisions de vente.
- Développer et diriger la coordination des opérations en fonction de la stratégie et de l'exécution des activités de production et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement à travers l'organisation et avec les fournisseurs, menant à un service client optimal : y compris la qualité du produit, la livraison en temps voulu, et le coût.
- Suivre les KPI au niveau de l'unité d'affaires et mettre en place des actions d'amélioration.
- Exécuter la stratégie de la chaîne d'approvisionnement selon les processus de Sandvik (développement fournisseur/CM, passation de contrats, Ecovadis)
- Superviser en collaboration avec le Responsable NPI l'introduction des nouveaux produits et faciliter la communication entre les opérations et l'ingénierie.
- Fournir des attentes de haut niveau de production pour le " NPI " (New Product Introduction) lors des revues de conception pour assurer une fabrication efficace des nouveaux produits.
- Travailler avec le département R&D pour développer des alternatives pour les composants d'approvisionnement, en exploitant les principes de modularisation lorsque cela est possible, et participer dans le développement de produits avec le support les compétences des CM.
- Assurer le respect des règles de conformité commerciale (" Trade Compliance ")
- Gérer les activités et les procédures de retour de produits clients (" RMA ") et de garantie.
- Fournir un leadership aux membres de l'équipe, y compris des opportunités de coaching et de développement, pour maximiser la production de travail et la qualité du travail.
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre et la migration de nouveaux systèmes (PLM, SAP, CRM).
