Role Description:

This is an internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern at Tandem Trans Solutions located in Woodbridge, ON. The Sales and Marketing Intern will be responsible for daily tasks related to research, lead generation, coordinating pitch meetings, client service, sales, and sales management. This is remote position.


Role: Unpaid Internship/Co-op

Work Mode: Remote/Hybrid

Duration: 4 months

Locations: Alberta (Calgary, Edmonton)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and industry events
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct research to build and maintain a list of prospective clients
  • Qualify leads and track their progress through the sales pipeline
  • Support the sales team with lead nurturing and follow-ups
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive lead acquisition and conversion
  • Analyze lead generation data to optimize strategies and improve performance


What We’re Looking For:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Sales and Marketing with a focus on lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards lead generation tasks
