Job Title: Vice President, Sales

At Rennie Marketing Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence and high performance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement industry-leading sales programs to drive outstanding sales results
  • Lead by example in setting a culture of sales excellence and ensure rDS is attracting, growing, and retaining top sales talent
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to define sales programs and ensure company-wide cost of sales targets are set and achieved
  • Oversee project site sales staffing and work closely with Technology and Sales Operations departments
  • Strategic planning and revenue generation & cost management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years related sales experience
  • An active BC license in good standing for Real Estate Trading Services is considered an asset
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market is considered an asset
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficient on Excel, PowerPoint, KeyNote, CRM (preferably Salesforce)
