Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, enhancing user experience, and driving revenue growth for our interesting new and upcoming brands. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and analytical abilities to effectively manage our e-commerce operations and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

This position will be a Hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Website Management:
    Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on the company’s e-commerce platforms. Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging. Collaborate with the web development team to enhance website functionality and user experience.
  2. Digital Marketing:
    Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates. Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to optimize ROI. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  3. SEO & SEM:
    Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Monitor and report on search engine performance and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Customer Experience:
    Enhance the online customer journey by improving navigation, product recommendations, and checkout processes. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Analytics & Reporting:
    Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to track website performance and customer behavior. Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Conduct A/B testing to optimize website elements and marketing campaigns.
  6. Inventory Management:
    Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders. Monitor stock levels and manage reordering processes.
  7. Collaboration:
    Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance e-commerce capabilities.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
  3. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS).
  4. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
  5. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  6. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Creative thinker with a passion for e-commerce and customer experience.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  2. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
  3. Experience in a retail or consumer goods industry.
  4. Experience with Meta Ads and Tik Tok Ads greatly preferred.
