YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS TECHNICAL & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR:
* Manage back-end user administration for newly launched website; update content (written, visual, and technical processes); monitor Google analytics.
* Create, update, and monitor automated customer email communications.
* Manage computer program administration such as license reallocations.
* Compose and publish job descriptions across website and other online platforms.
* Edit and update business documents for external and public use, including client proposals and marketing collateral.
* Coordinate registration for community events; communicate with organizers, assist with booth setup and takedown, and provide event deliverables.
* Coordinate yearly holiday calendar printing and client delivery.
* Other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A TECHNICAL & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR:
* Degree or diploma from a post-secondary institution in a relevant field such as Web Development, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing
* Excellent computer/technical skills; understanding of Boolean logic
* Demonstrated experience managing computer applications and back-end website development
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* 2+ years experience in an administrative role in a professional environment
* Familiarity with Bullhorn software is an asset
* Marketing and design experience is an asset
* Valid Canadian driver’s license and vehicle
