About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at PRINT POINT- PRINTING AND SIGNS. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
    • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion
  • Office Management
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Conflict Resolution
    • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner
  • Payroll Administration
    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment
  • Budgeting and Expenditures
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
