Le(la) candidat(e) idéal(e) possède une solide expérience en développement des affaires, en stratégie de vente et en gestion des relations dans l'industrie du transport et de la logistique.
Responsabilités principales
- Développer et exécuter une stratégie globale de développement des affaires en collaboration avec le directeur du département, en alignement avec les objectifs de croissance de MEDLOG.
- Identifier et cultiver de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires, des partenariats et des alliances stratégiques pour MEDLOG.
- Stimuler la croissance des revenus grâce à la génération de prospects, à la gestion du pipeline et à la conclusion de nouvelles affaires.
- Mener des études de marché et des analyses concurrentielles pour identifier les tendances, les opportunités et les axes potentiels d'expansion au Québec et dans l'Est du Canada.
- Construire, encadrer et diriger l'équipe des ventes de MEDLOG au Québec.
- Veiller à l'atteinte des objectifs de revenus et de marges brutes.
- Atteindre le plan de revenus pour tous les produits et services.
- Entretenir des relations clés avec les clients tout en développant et en mettant en œuvre des stratégies pour élargir la clientèle de l'entreprise au Québec et dans l'Est du Canada.
- Explorer de nouveaux marchés, services et produits et développer ces opportunités pour accroître les revenus.
- Obtenir les augmentations tarifaires nécessaires afin d'améliorer en continu la qualité des revenus.
- Favoriser un environnement d'amélioration continue.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes, y compris les ventes directes, le marketing, le développement de produits et l'expérience client, afin d'aligner les efforts de développement des affaires sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Négocier et conclure des ententes de grande valeur avec des comptes stratégiques contribuant à la rentabilité de l'entreprise.
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes clés, les clients et les influenceurs de l'industrie.
- Représenter MEDLOG lors de conférences de l'industrie, d'événements de réseautage et au sein de MSC pour accroître la visibilité de la marque.
- Travailler avec l'équipe marketing pour organiser des événements de réseautage de l'industrie MEDLOG afin de renforcer la notoriété de la marque et de générer des prospects.

- Capacité démontrée à penser de manière stratégique.

Position Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business growth initiatives. This strategic leader will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, forging strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development, sales strategy, and relationship management within the Transportation and Logistics industry.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy alongside department Director aligned with MEDLOG's growth objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances for MEDLOG.
- Drive revenue growth through lead generation, pipeline management, and new business closure.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion in Quebec and Eastern Canada.
- Build, coach and lead MEDLOG's Quebec sales team
- Ensure sales revenue and gross margin targets are achieved
- Achieve revenue plan for all products and services
- Maintain key customer relationships while developing and implementing strategies for expanding the company's customer base in Quebec and Eastern Canada
- Explore new markets, services and products and development of these opportunities for revenue growth
- Achieve required rate increases to improve revenue quality on a continuous basis
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams, including direct sales, marketing, product development, and customer empowerment to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with strategic accounts that contribute to the company's bottom line.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
- Represent MEDLOG at industry conferences, networking events, and across MSC to enhance brand visibility.
