We are seeking a tax professional to join our head office tax team, responsible for managing the corporate tax function for the entire group of companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the income tax aspects of our group, including Canadian tax compliance, research and audit coordination.
  • Work directly with our accounting teams by preparing annual tax provisions, along with cash tax projections.
  • Collaborate with our operational teams in transaction reviews and contribute to other planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A CPA designation, along with 1 year of accounting experience.
  • An interest, and willingness to learn corporate tax.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility and a hands-on approach.
  • Advanced computer literacy and skills.
  • Energy and keen interest in learning about our business.
  • Excellent teamwork and work ethic, along with a problem-solving mindset.
