We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role supporting the development and execution of all aspects of the global financing program of the Company. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop detailed models to support financing and capital projects initiatives across the business. You will be responsible for analyzing data, developing financial models, and creating presentations to communicate your findings to senior management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team to gather, evaluate and analyse critical operating and financial information to support financing initiatives; and to aid corporate decision-making, from a financing perspective.
  • Manage the development, update, and maintenance of multiple financing models for strategic and tactical projects.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to procure, collate, and review, relevant information required to support analysis and/or prepare financing documentation.
  • Assist in the formulation, evaluation and analysis of structuring considerations related to the development of financing strategies.
  • Coordinate and actively manage a periodic financing internal reporting framework for the business.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external discussion materials and/or presentations for the purposes of articulating financing strategies and considerations.
  • Carry out benchmarking and comparative analysis of select industry peers, as and when required.
  • Assist the team in coordinating the provision of all relevant information as may be required by external financing stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Professional Accounting/Finance designation (CPA/CFA) would be preferable.
  • 5+ years of experience as an analyst or senior analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment or in the Transaction Advisory Services team of a leading accounting firm.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability in financial modeling, M&A and bank financing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail; adept at multi-tasking to deliver high-priority projects.
