Chief Finance Officer

Join the YMCA of Southwestern New Brunswick as we seek a highly skilled Chief Finance Officer to lead our financial strategy and operations. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring fiscal health, and aligning financial operations with our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and management
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage financial reporting, cash flow, payroll, and employee benefits
  • Lead financial risk management and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational growth initiatives
Requirements:
  • CPA designation and university degree in a related field
  • ~3 years of senior leadership/management experience in a charitable or non-profit organization
  • Experience with financial software, including Accpac
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
