We have a new opening for a Process Improvement Coordinator.

Location: Windsor

1 Year Contract with potential for extension.

Pay rate: $48.08/hr + 4% vacation pay

Benefits available immediately

50% paid by Kelly and 50% paid by the employee

Formula for Success

Responsibilities

  • Site ambassador for digital transformation in the production workstream. Local owner of MES solution interfaces and workflows accountable for scoping, to on-site implementation and troubleshooting.

Ensure the prioritization and delivery of optimized MES solution for the production workstreams.

  • Responsible for the solution architecture that takes into account of site-specific requirement as well as regional synergies
  • Ensure adequate Go-Live preparation, e.g. robust product testing, training for key-user, risk management and mitigation. (Go-Live has already taken place).
  • Accountable for local roll-out planning, training and implementation
  • Provide temporary workaround/fixes. Collect and report on bugs for next patch updates.
  • Management of change to ensure sustainable digital transformation locally, e.g. training adequacy, user acceptance.
