We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of our company's marketing strategies. Your tasks will include coordinating promotional events, managing digital campaigns, and conducting market research to ensure our products and services meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will understand both traditional and digital marketing channels and be comfortable working collaboratively with multiple departments to achieve our brand and business goals.


Responsibilities:

· Conduct research to analyze customers' behavior, including purchasing habits, trends, and preferences.

· Design and implement successful marketing campaigns across various channels.

· Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media.

· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including lead-generation activities.

· Execute and coordinate company events, product launches, and customer-facing activities.

· Collaborate with the design team and external vendors to produce promotional materials.

· Organize promotional activities for new products and services, ensuring a cohesive brand image.

· Prepare detailed reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales and marketing data.

· Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent branding and engagement across platforms.

· Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

· Track the ROI of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing feedback for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role.

· A degree in Marketing or a related field is required.

· Solid knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing tools, with a strong understanding of SEO/SEM

· Experience with data analysis and research methods, including proficiency with analytics software.

· Expertise in managing SEO/SEM campaigns, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.

· Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.

· Familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or WordPress.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

· A keen eye for detail and creativity in problem-solving.


Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

· Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

· Knowledge of marketing automation tools and processes.

· Experience working with external vendors and managing marketing budgets.
