Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, handle office equipment maintenance, and ensure the overall tidiness and organization of the office.
