My client is seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Sales/Business Development Representative to join a dynamic startup team and drive growth and market expansion. We seek a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a proven sales and business development track record. In this position, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans in high-ticket/premium industries.

What will you do:

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Use CRM systems for lead generation
  • Develop digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and brand positioning.
  • Leverage online platforms, webinars, and networking events for business growth.
  • Identify market trends and business opportunities in high-ticket/premium industries.

What do you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Canadian experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in high-ticket/premium industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and market expansion.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and business opportunities
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
