My client is seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Sales/Business Development Representative to join a dynamic startup team and drive growth and market expansion. We seek a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a proven sales and business development track record. In this position, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans in high-ticket/premium industries.

What will you do:
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Use CRM systems for lead generation
- Develop digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and brand positioning.
- Leverage online platforms, webinars, and networking events for business growth.
- Identify market trends and business opportunities in high-ticket/premium industries.
What do you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Canadian experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in high-ticket/premium industries.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and market expansion.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
