Our client in the professional services sector is looking for a contract based We are seeking an experienced Application Tech Support technician with expertise in leading digital marketing transformations in financial services sector.


Location: Hybrid 2d - 3d/week Toronto

Duration: 5 months + extension option


Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Transformation Leadership: Lead digital marketing transformation projects, focusing on aligning marketing strategies with business goals and best practices within matrixed and financial services environments.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to financial targets.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive project success and achieve objectives.
  • Client Satisfaction and Financial Health: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction while ensuring projects are managed efficiently, keeping financial health and accountability at the forefront.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading digital marketing transformation projects within matrixed organizations and financial services companies.
  • Strong capabilities in project management, including experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects successfully, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining overall financial health.
