Your new role

As the Commercial Property & Leasing Administrator, you will be working very closely with the Property Management Team for the administration and assistance with leasing for a commercial office and retail portfolio. The key duties on a day to day will be account reconciliations, lease administration, tenant notices, working with vendors, maintenance set up and overall administration for the portfolio, The role is an in office position located in North York and expectation for you to be at the office 5 days a week.


What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will have 4+ years of experience in a similar role particularly pertaining to commercial property administration as well as lease administration. You will have an extensive knowledge of the leases within a commercial setting, excellent computer skills. Any experience with YARDI would be an asset. You should also have a drive to want to grow with the company.


What you'll get in return
