RBC's Reference Data Management team oversees mapping tables, hierarchies, and acts as SMEs for business and client classification. The Analyst role focuses on maintaining reference data, ensuring operational excellence, and managing stakeholder inquiries.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Act as SME on RBC Business/Client Classification Elements
  • Support content improvement related to business & client classification
  • Respond to inquiries promptly
  • Gather, analyze, and sort data
  • Update reference data and onboard new tables to internal database
  • Maintain reference data on RBC Intranet
  • Investigate data issues and develop resolution plans
  • Work within agile methodology and use JIRA to achieve tasks and project goals
  • Suggest process improvements
