Data Management Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Analyst to join our team at Personal Mini Storage. As a key member of our Reference Data Management team, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date reference data, ensuring operational excellence, and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on business and client classification elements, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Content Improvement: Support the improvement of content related to business and client classification, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and aligned with our business needs.
- Stakeholder Support: Respond promptly to inquiries from stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information to support their needs.
- Data Management: Gather, analyze, and sort data to ensure its accuracy and completeness, and update reference data and onboard new tables to our internal database.
- Reference Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date reference data on our intranet, ensuring it is easily accessible to all stakeholders.
- Issue Investigation: Investigate data issues and develop resolution plans to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
- Agile Methodology: Work within an agile methodology, using JIRA to achieve tasks and project goals, and suggest process improvements to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all aspects of the role.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Operational or Business Services Experience: Possess 1-3 years of operational or business services experience, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
- Process Efficiency: Be able to drive process efficiencies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our operations.
- Technical Skills: Possess basic Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- RBC Systems and Risk Processes: Familiarity with RBC systems and risk processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a data management context.
- Business and Client Classification: Knowledge of business and client classification, with the ability to provide expert guidance and support.
- JIRA in Agile Environment: Experience with JIRA in an agile environment, with the ability to work effectively within this methodology.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills: Possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and manipulate complex data sets.
- SQL Experience: Experience with SQL, with the ability to write and execute complex queries.
- Client-Facing Experience: Client-facing experience creating RBC client profiles, with the ability to provide exceptional support and guidance.
- Strong Data Analysis Background: Possess a strong data analysis background, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Decision Making Skills: Demonstrate strong decision-making skills, able to make informed decisions that support the needs of our business.
