Primary Focus:


Within the program management for business systems integration USUI this role will provide Change Management Support for system integration initiatives, increasing the rate of change adoption, minimizing employee resistance, and maximizing engagement. This role will also support tactics to enhance change capability and overall change proficiency across the 11-business system integration workstreams. The role will identify potential gaps or collisions between OCM/BR activities across the tracks and provide mitigation recommendations.


Specific Accountabilities


Project Support

• Work with the Business System PMO to integrate change management and business readiness activity into the project charter

• Support eleven business workstream leads in scoping change/business readiness activities related to system integration

• Influence the Development and execution of a master change management/business readiness plan: stakeholder assessment & engagement, communication, training, coaching and resistance management. Bring the eleven tracks into one view and where necessary align on key tactics.

• Identify potential gaps or collisions between OCM/BR activities across the tracks and provide mitigation recommendations

• Coach/Provide Expertise to workstream leads on the use tools, tactics and share best practices

• Work with Communication and Training subject matter experts to ensure change plans are robust and executed as expected.

• Upon request provide strategic facilitation support to OCM Advisors and his/her project team to develop the workstream change management/ business readiness plans.


Change Capability

• Develop and share OCM/Business readiness toolkit for workstream leads to use

• Be an active and visible coach to workstream leads who are change sponsors for their applicable system integration activity

• Coordinate with IMO Change Team to ensure strategy and activity is aligned

• Provide subject matter expertise for the development and delivery of training content


Scope

• Support eleven business workstream leads in scoping change/business readiness activities related to system integration

• Work with the Business System PMO to integrate change management and business readiness activity into master planning

• Oversight on master plan providing coordination on key deliverables

• Power BI experience supporting metrics deliverables


Contacts

• Interacts regularly with: IMO Change Management Team; eleven business workstream leads, eleven workstream PMs; eleven workstream TIS partners; OCM teams for larger workstreams (ERP, Customer, HR); Senior Leadership


Working Conditions

• Office environment that requires confidentiality and handling of some very sensitive issues

• Customer driven environment that results in frequent interruptions and many time-sensitive activities with multiple stakeholders

• High level of accuracy required

• Collaborates with other team members based on pre-approved project plans with defined objectives

• In support of project work limited regional or international travel may be required



Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Post secondary degree in Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Communications, Business or Education

• PROSCI, PMP, or Adult Educations certifications

• 5 years of broad business experience

• Power BI – Dashboard development / support of metrics

• Experience executing (designing and leading) change management plans on a large project

• Experience working effectively at all levels in an organization; has adept relationship management and credibility building skills

• Experience leading a track of work with enterprise-wide impact
