Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as VP, Infrastructure and Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a forward-thinking infrastructure strategy that aligns with our business objectives and fuels innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy that aligns with business objectives and fosters innovation.
  • Lead the charge in identifying and adopting emerging technologies that have the potential to redefine how we manage and operate our infrastructure at scale.
  • Oversee the architecture and design of our enterprise infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Establish and maintain robust operational processes and procedures to optimize resource utilization, minimize downtime, and mitigate risks.
  • Lead the evolution and maturation of our IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities to enhance service delivery, improve incident response times, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • + years proven leadership in a senior leadership role within Financial Services and proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering impactful results.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives and foster innovation.
  • Extensive expertise in infrastructure architecture, cloud technologies, network management, infrastructure security, and IT governance.
