Ton emploi :- Examiner les modèles de textes proposés et apporter des modifications soulignées en rouge si nécessaire
- Demander l’approbation de crédit appropriée auprès des autorités compétentes et/ou d’Exportation et développement Canada
- Répondre à la ligne téléphonique 1-800
- Guider les clients sur la façon de remplir notre formulaire d’application
- Participer aux appels aux clients avec les gestionnaires de comptes pour expliquer nos services et aider à structurer les transactions
- Traiter les transactions conformément à nos normes de livraison établies
- Agir en tant que coach auprès de collègues plus juniors
- Vérifier les demandes de paiement présentées pour s’assurer qu’elles sont conformes.
- Vérifier toutes les transactions en termes d’évaluation des risques et de restrictions de conformité internes.
- Maintenir une bonne communication avec la force de vente
- Baccalauréat connexe au secteur et 4 ans d'expérience pertinente ou Maîtrise connexe au secteur et 2 ans d'expérience
- Certification CSDG ou CDCS
- Expérience dans un rôle conseil sur le produits de commerce international, tel que les garanties, lettres de crédit standby, lettres de crédit documentaire, etc.
- Bonne connaissance des brochures CCI, UCP600, URDG 758, ISP98
- Connaissance de SWIFT
- Connaissance TRADE360 un atout
- Maitrise de la suite office Microsoft
- Analytique et capacité de proposer des solutions adaptées
