About the Role:

Altis Technology is seeking a bilingual deskside analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our public sector clients.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Fluent in French and English (strong written and verbal skills).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in deskside support.
  • Education: Diploma/Certificate in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills.
  • Clean criminal record and valid driver's license.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with meeting room support.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Teams Telephony.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop hardware/software support in a large, complex environment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, file, and print services.
  • Ensure proper device imaging, deployment, and security management.
  • Travel between offices as needed (personal transportation required).
