Job Description


Insight Global is looking for a Systems Technical Lead to join an insurance client based in Guelph. You be joining the Digital Advisory team supporting end to end delivery by working cross-functionally with enterprise architecture, infrastructure and operations, information security, and legal and audit teams. Day to day tasks will include leading design reviews, performing technical analysis to support the system architecture (Salesforce) and recommending solutions/implementation changes. This means ensuring overall designs consider all aspects (environment, strategy, key business need, user demand, integration with related systems, financial implications, etc.) and all design/system components are feasible, maintainable, usable, scalable and work with the overall technical design of the system(s) or solution. You will also support the BSAs to coordinate the setup of test environments and verify that functionality and data integrity is maintained.
