Survol du rôle: Compugen est actuellement à la recherche d'un Spécialiste en acquisition de talent bilingue (contractuel) pour se joindre à l'équipe Personnes et culture, qui relèvera du gestionnaire principal, Acquisition des talents. En tant que spécialiste de l'acquisition des talents bilingues, vous serez responsable de répondre aux besoins en matière de recrutement et d'identifier les talents clés pour la croissance des activités de Compugen à travers le Canada. Dans ce rôle, vous tirerez parti de votre expérience en acquisition de talents pour trouver des candidats pour des postes techniques et commerciaux, en dirigeant le processus de recherche de talents de bout en bout. En tant qu'ambassadeur de la marque Compugen, vous vous ferez le champion d'une expérience de premier ordre pour les candidats et les gestionnaires d'embauche, en mettant fortement l'accent sur la clientèle.
Responsibilités clés:
- Établir des partenariats solides avec les responsables du recrutement afin d'identifier les besoins actuels et futurs en matière de recrutement et de comprendre les exigences du poste, les qualifications professionnelles et les compétences de base.
- Offrir une expérience exemplaire aux candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement en procédant à une sélection efficace, en établissant une liste restreinte et en menant des entretiens afin d'évaluer les compétences, les qualifications et l'adéquation aux valeurs.
- Diriger les réunions de recrutement et de stratégie avec les responsables du recrutement en adoptant une approche consultative pour formuler des recommandations et donner des conseils sur les tendances du marché et la connaissance des talents.
- Fournir aux responsables des mises à jour cohérentes et opportunes sur l'avancement des besoins en talents ouverts, y compris la participation à des débriefs post-interview avec les équipes d'interview.
- Collaborer avec les People & Culture Business Partners (HRBP) pour comprendre les exigences de l'entreprise, les objectifs de recrutement et les besoins en main-d'œuvre.
- Rechercher de manière créative des talents en s'appuyant sur les sites d'emploi, les recommandations des employés, le sourcing direct et le réseautage avec les écoles, les membres d'associations et lors d'événements professionnels.
- Travailler en partenariat avec les HRBP (People & Culture Business Partners) afin d'aider les responsables du recrutement à identifier les besoins en talents, à mettre en œuvre des techniques d'entretien efficaces et à négocier les conditions de rémunération.
- Agir en tant qu'ambassadeur de l'entreprise en établissant une forte présence de la marque du recruteur par le biais des médias sociaux et de la promotion de la proposition de valeur de Compugen.
- Documenter les mises à jour de l'activité de demande d'emploi dans le système de suivi des candidats en ligne et établir des rapports sur les paramètres de recrutement (p. ex., rapidité, qualité de l'embauche).
- Construire en permanence des viviers de talents en s'attachant à constituer des équipes et des viviers de candidats diversifiés.
- Participer à d'autres initiatives liées à l'acquisition de talents et à des projets spéciaux, le cas échéant.
Compétences et qualifications:
- Au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le cycle complet de recrutement, y compris l'élaboration de stratégies de sourcing, le marketing de recrutement, la sélection des candidats, les entretiens et la négociation des offres.
- Expérience du recrutement pour des postes dans les domaines de l'informatique et de la vente au niveau de l'entreprise.
- Expérience de la recherche directe et de l'engagement des talents à l'aide des médias sociaux, des canaux en ligne et des outils de recrutement.
- Capacité à établir la confiance et à construire des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes et les candidats.
- Solides compétences en matière de réseautage, de relations interpersonnelles et de communication, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement et en temps opportun à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Capacité à développer et à mettre en œuvre des techniques de recherche de candidats avec une approche créative, en s'appuyant sur des réseaux externes, des partenariats/associations et des écoles/campus.
- Expérience professionnelle et connaissance des systèmes de suivi des candidatures pour le recrutement.
- ***Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) est requis.

Position Overview: Compugen is currently seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) to join our People & Culture team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. As the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering recruitment needs and identifying key talent for Compugen's growth of business across Canada. In this role, you will leverage your talent acquisition experience to source candidates for technical and business roles, leading the end-to-end talent search process. As a key brand ambassador of Compugen, you will champion a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience with a strong customer-focused delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs and understand role requirements, job qualifications, and core competencies
- Provide an exemplary candidate experience throughout the full-cycle recruitment process by effectively screening, shortlisting, and conducting interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and values fit
- Lead recruitment intake and strategy meetings with hiring managers with a consultative approach to make recommendations and advise on market trends and talent insights
- Provide consistent and timely updates to managers on progress with open talent needs, including participation in post-interview debriefs with interview teams
- Collaborate with the People & Culture Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand business requirements, hiring objectives, and workforce needs
- Creatively source talent by leveraging job boards, employee referrals, direct sourcing, and networking with schools, association memberships, and at career events
- Partner with the People & Culture Business Partners (HRBPs) to support hiring managers in identifying talent requirements, effective interview techniques, and negotiation of compensation packages
- Act as a company ambassador by building a strong recruiter brand presence through social media and promotion of Compugen's value proposition
- Document requisition activity updates in online applicant tracking system, and report against recruitment metrics (e.g. speed, quality of hire)
- Continually build talent pipelines with a dedication to establishing diverse teams and candidate pools
- Participate in other Talent Acquisition-related initiatives and special projects as required
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment including developing sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, candidate selection, screening/interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Experience hiring for corporate level IT and sales roles
- Experience with direct sourcing and engaging talent using social media/online channels and recruitment tools
- Ability to establish trust and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
- Strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively provide timely communication at all levels of the organization
- Ability to develop and execute sourcing techniques with a creative approach, leveraging external networks, partnerships/associations, and schools/campus
- Previous working experience and knowledge of recruitment Applicant Tracking Systems
