Job Overview: BOMCAS Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and processing the accounts receivable function for our clients, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to gather and verify customer invoices and payment requests.
  • Process invoices, credit memos, and payment receipts accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure proper coding and documentation of accounts receivable transactions.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
