Depuis 2006, ils ont acquis plus de 5,5 milliards de dollars d'actifs sous gestion dans divers secteurs au Canada et aux États-Unis. Leurs divers fonds incluent des actifs dans les secteurs résidentiels multifamiliaux, de l'entreposage libre-service, commercial ainsi que des terres agricoles.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
- Générer et maintenir une canalisation de transactions de haute qualité pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et d'engagement.
- Exploiter et développer le réseau industriel existant afin d'identifier et de capitaliser sur de nouvelles opportunités de vente, de renforcer les relations avec les clients et de développer de manière significative le territoire de vente.
- Améliorer les relations avec l clients et accroître considérablement le territoire de vente.
- Développer et entretenir de solides relations avec les clients afin d'accroître de manière significative le territoire de vente.
- Gérer les relations avec les investisseurs, en fournissant un soutien proactif et des services aux partisans, investisseurs et les perspectives.
- Travailler avec le partenaire principal – des marchés capitaux pour optimiser l'utilisation de l'accès aux gestionnaires de portefeuille, la diligence raisonnable, la participation à des conférences et autres événements régionaux.
- Voyager selon les besoins pour effectuer des présentations de vente et assister à des réunions.
- Coordonner et participer à des événements corporatifs et sociaux avec des collègues et des professionnels de l'industrie.
- Maintenir des connaissances à jour sur les tendances du marché de notre industrie et de la concurrence.
- Représenter le client avec honnêteté et intégrité tout en offrant un service client de haut niveau à nos partenaires externes et internes.
CE QUE VOUS AVEZ BESOIN
- Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente sur le marché ou l’équivalent.
- Obtention du titre d’analyste financier (AIA), Analyste d’Investissement Alternative (CAIA) ou des cours sur les valeurs mobilières canadiennes (CSC) est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles avec une capacité d’établir et maintenir des relations.
- Passionné et prêt à fournir des efforts supplémentaires pour atteindre des objectifs personnels et professionnels.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en gestion du temps, capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément avec une supervision minimale dans un environnement dynamique.
- Motivé et axé sur les objectifs avec une attitude positive.
- Aptitude à travailler efficacement dans un environnement d’équipe et de manière indépendante, avec un style de travail ouvert et collaboratif.
- BILINGUE : Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Flexible et en mesure de respecter les délais sous pression avec une supervision minimale.
- Bonne compréhension des fondamentaux de l'immobilier et de la finance.
- Posséder un esprit entrepreneurial.

- Salaire : 100K et plus (dépendamment de l’expérience)
