I am supporting one of my clients, a leader in the specialty distribution sector, Pan Canada, the company aims to become the number 1 in North America and a major player worldwide. It is expanding rapidly, supported by state-of-the-art logistics that guarantees fast delivery with strong seasonality. During a transformation, the company is restructuring its processes to support the development of performance.

Rôle et responsabilités :
Sous la responsabilité du Vice-Président de la Chaîne d'approvisionnement, le ou la Directeur Planification de la demande - approvisionnement aura pour mission de développer et d'optimiser la stratégie de planification, tout en accompagnant un nouveau système MRP (SAP). Ce poste stratégique nécessite une forte implication dans la gestion du changement, ainsi que des compétences en encadrement d'équipe.
Principales responsabilités :
* Leadership d'équipe : Diriger, motiver et évaluer une équipe composée de planificateurs, acheteurs et coordonnateurs, en assurant leur développement et leur engagement.
* Stratégie d'approvisionnement : Collaborer étroitement avec le Vice-Président pour établir les stratégies de planification des ventes et des approvisionnements à moyen et long terme, en lien avec l'expansion au Canada.
* Implémentation du MRP SAP : Jouer un rôle clé dans le déploiement du module SAP MRP, garantissant que les processus s'alignent sur les meilleures pratiques et répondent aux exigences opérationnelles.
* Optimisation des processus : Identifier et mettre en place des pistes d'amélioration pour accroître l'efficacité de la planification, réduire les coûts et améliorer la fiabilité des approvisionnements.
* Relations fournisseurs : Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs clés, négocier les contrats et assurer la qualité des produits et services reçus dans un contexte de rationalisation logistique.
* Suivi des indicateurs de performance : Développer et suivre des KPIs pour évaluer l'efficacité de la planification et prendre des décisions fondées sur des données fiables.
* Collaboration inter-départementale : Travailler en synergie avec les départements de logistique, de finance et d'inventaire pour assurer une gestion optimale des stocks.

Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans dans un rôle de direction en planification des approvisionnements, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou des achats, idéalement dans un environnement de grande distribution.

* Leadership et développement d'équipe : Expérience confirmée en management d'équipe, avec de solides compétences en leadership, gestion du changement et développement de talents.
* Maîtrise des systèmes MRP (SAP de préférence) : Compétences techniques en gestion des ressources matérielles, incluant une expérience pratique de l'implémentation de SAP.
* Capacités analytiques et orienté(e) résultats : Aptitude à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution, avec un fort esprit analytique pour optimiser les processus.
* Négociation et gestion des relations fournisseurs : Compétences solides en négociation et en gestion des relations fournisseurs dans une logique d'optimisation des coûts et des services.
Atouts supplémentaires :
* Formation : Baccalauréat en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
* Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise de l'anglais requise ( communication écrite et parlé avec les équipes et les fournisseurs-client à travers tout le canada et a l'international.
* Politique de travail hybride : 3 jours au bureau, 2 jours en télétravail.
