Position Overview:

Are you a hands-on IT leader with a passion for technology and people management? AutoShack is seeking an IT and Technology Operations Manager to oversee our enterprise software systems and small software development team. This role is crucial to managing and optimizing our technology infrastructure, including Salesforce Commerce, Salesforce Marketing, NetSuite, Manhattan Scale, and Talkdesk. We need someone with a strong background in managing IT operations in smaller or startup environments, where wearing multiple hats is the norm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Software Management: Oversee and optimize the use of key enterprise systems such as Salesforce Commerce, Salesforce Marketing, NetSuite, Manhattan Scale, and Talkdesk.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small but dynamic software development team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • IT Operations: Lead the management of our network infrastructure, cloud services, and security protocols, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Project Management: Drive technology projects from inception to completion, including software development, system integrations, and network upgrades.
  • People Management: Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your hands-on experience in network and cloud certifications to support and guide your team in troubleshooting and system improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in IT management, preferably in a startup or smaller company environment where you were involved in multiple aspects of IT operations.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams, with strong people management skills.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of managing enterprise systems like Salesforce Commerce, Salesforce Marketing, NetSuite, Manhattan Scale, and Talkdesk. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud services, and security protocols.
  • Certifications: Network and cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are highly preferred.
  • Project Management: Experience in leading IT projects, including software development and system integrations.
