Role & Responsibilities:
Reporting & Documentation:
\tDevelop comprehensive progress reports to track project milestones and performance.
\t
Prepare detailed earned value management (EVM) reports, highlighting variances and performance indices.
\t
Produce technical cost monitoring and forecasting reports, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
Scheduling:
\tCreate and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths and ensuring on-time delivery.
\t
Collaborate with project stakeholders to address scheduling conflicts and provide updated timelines.
Cost Management:
\tMonitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts.
\t
Analyze cost trends and variances, proposing corrective actions as needed.
Risk Analysis:
\tPerform risk assessments, identifying potential challenges and proposing mitigation strategies.
\t
Maintain a risk register and update stakeholders regularly on potential impacts.
\t
Coordinate and collect data with respect to any risks identified by internal teams or within project Risk Registers.
Estimating:
\tAssist in the preparation of cost estimates for project activities and resources.
\t
Ensure that estimates are accurate and consistent with industry standards.
Stakeholder Management:
\tCollaborate and coordinate with all project teams to collect relevant data required for the Monthly reports or any specialist reports as directed by the client.\xa0
Qualifications / Requirements:
\t
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
\t
Experience:
\t\t\t
3-5 years of experience in project controls, reporting, or a related field.
\t\t
Proven track record in supporting large-scale infrastructure projects.
\t
\t
\t
Technical Skills:
\t\t\t
Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
\t\tStrong understanding of earned value management (EVM) principles.
\t\tSkilled in developing technical reports and documentation.
\t
\t
\t
Certifications: PMP, CCP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
Competencies
\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\t
Excellent communication skills, particularly in technical writing and reporting.
\t
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
\t
Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
\t
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
