The Heaps Estrin Real Estate Team is a dynamic and innovative real estate company renowned for its client-centric focus, profound market knowledge, and innovative marketing strategies. We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Marketing Manager & Copywriter to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and driving growth.

In this role, you will oversee a wide range of marketing initiatives, including the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, content creation, brand management, and media relations. We offer a collaborative environment where you can grow your career while making a significant impact on our clients and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and brand verticals.
  • Create engaging and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, digital campaigns, social media, print, outdoor advertising, direct mailers, and social media captions.
  • Oversee the production of our magazine, BEYOND, including content development, editorial oversight, and liaising with external contributors as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop a brand-aligned editorial calendar.
  • Develop and execute a successful podcast strategy, including guest liaison, research, script production, and editing.
  • Oversee the monthly newsletter, including copywriting, design oversight, proofreading, and project management.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and other departments to ensure brand alignment and achieve business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong media relationships for PR and media outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategy and copywriting.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing marketing teams.
  • Relationship management experience, ideally working with a high-performance sales team.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the real estate industry is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
