We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Engineering team, reporting to the EV R&D Manager. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the growth of the organization. You will be on the front line assisting the R&D team in the development of electric vehicles.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Manage team managers' agendas, organize and prioritize meetings.
- Contribute to the planning, coordination, execution and support of team events.
- Support employees with requests for IT equipment, access, offices, travel bookings and more.
- Support managers with budgets
- Create and/or correct various reports, documents, presentations, spreadsheets and internal and external correspondence.
- Provide support for incoming mail, phone calls, emails and direct requests to appropriate people in the organization for resolution or comments.
- Prepare expense accounts.
- Provide support for various projects when required.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- College diploma (DEC) in secretarial or other relevant training.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years' relevant experience in a multinational company.
- Ability to build a network of contacts and work closely with other assistants.
- Very good command of French and English, both oral and written, in order to communicate with internal stakeholders located outside Quebec or unilingual English on a daily basis
- Good knowledge of MS Office, i.e. Word and Powerpoint
- Good decision-making skills, good judgment and initiative.
- Strong organizational skills, thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems and also to create or improve business processes within a young team.
- Good ability to prioritize.
- Interest and ability to learn budget processes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Discretion and high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
